Like to go out to bars and occasionally can be tricked into going dancing. Use circular logic or dangle a carrot in front of me you can usually get me to go out to a club.

I like sitting in book stores and reading entire books (gotta do it with the hardcover because I'd feel bad if I broke the spine)

Guy's have the stereotype of being cheaters, pigs, disrespectful, self-loathing...the list goes on and on... If you're looking for someone to give you reason to dispel these myths, let me know... In fact, no-strings-attached "relationships" are an oxymoron. Physical intimacy leads (eventually) to increasing emotional intimacy. We need to acknowledge this upfront and be selective in regards to the connections we create with others.

To sum it up, I just moved to north Scottsdale a month ago, started a new job, and looking to meet new friends and see where things go from there. I love being out just as much as I love staying in. Currently, I'm the International Account Specialist within my company...which basically means I prepare all the documentation and routing of our products to customers overseas. One thing abot me that most people wouldn't know it that I speak Chinese. Not as good as I used to, but it's still fun watching reactions!

My taste in music is...If you're not screaming, you're good to go. During my free time, I'm at the gym, going to a sporting event, traveling, spending time with my family, reading, cooking or whatever else I can find to keep me busy. I have clear goals that I want to accomplish both in life and in my career.

I'm looking for someone that is true to themselves and who they are. I want someone that is happy, family oriented and ready for a committed relationship. Honesty is another big one!

I lived in upstate New York til I was 18 then moved out here to go to school. I graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in Marketing...but haven't used it yet. Still don't really know what I want to do with my life. Mostly I enjoy just bumming around, hanging with friends, watching movies, and having a good time. I quote movies alot, but at appropriate times. I'm a pretty easy going and usually get along with anyone. I also like to watch on the spanish channels and try to guess on what I think they are saying but I really have no clue. If you have any other questions just ask.

I am 54 but people have told me my whole life that I look a lot younger. They said that I'd appreciate that when I got older. It was annoying but now that I'm older, I do appreciate that. In other words, I'm old and deluded. I'm in really good shape, on the thin side, because I'm running all the time in training for a marathon. (Update 1/18- ran in the marathon with a time of 3 hours and 51 minutes. If you don't know anything about running, that is an Olympic time. If you do know about running, it's a very good time for a 54 year old.) Have had an interesting life. Been to Europe, worked on a cattle ranch in Wyoming. Met the dad of Glenn Close when he fixed my finger after I cut the end off at the cattle ranch. Made a living making sculptures of buildings for a while. Worked in a mill in Massachusetts. I've been teaching special ed. kids for the past seven years and sometimes I really love it. Worked in the printing industry for 15 years before and hated that. I have two sons and was married for 22 years to a wonderful woman. (Some of that last sentence is true.) I've been divorced since last year and looking to get into a serious relationship- not that serious- we can smile sometimes.

I am divorced, college educated, 60, Caucasian, 6' tall, average build, graying hair, non-smoker, drinks socially. I am employed full time. I enjoy all kinds of food, movies, books, cooking, sunbathing, weekend soirees, light hiking, country and pop music, etc. I am open minded, adventurous, and always willing to try new things and see new places. I would really enjoy meeting a special woman to share good times with, explore what life has to offer. Hopefully it will lead to a life long relationship.
